I went to Bobs earlier this week and returned to purchase a sofa. The sales rep I had spoke to on the first visit was not there & the sales rep helping me had different answers, so I told the sales rep I wasn’t sure I was going to purchase the sofa. Then I thought well maybe because they are a new store that the sales reps were still training hence the difference in answers. I reproached the sales rep helping us and I asked if I could speak with a manager because if the confusion, he got mad at me and walked off mumbling things, I told him I was trying to clear up the confusion. He continued to stand in front of my face saying rude things. The manager told him to go cool down. So as I start to explain to the manager she jumped in the middle of my sentence very rudely without letting me finish the sentence which was I know your new (meaning the store) and that they are probably still training before I could finish she barked I’m not new I’ve been with Bobs for 12 years. By then I was so upset with the whole experience I said I had to go and she snidely says goodbye. I should have read the reviews about this company! I had cash in my pocket and drove down the road a mile and purchased a better quality sofa from a local store and got free delivery! Bobs wanted $150 to carry it through my door! Do your research before you go, you will be happy you did!
