Friends I have purchased AMC plan for complete filter change on 29 May 25 and paid amount of Rs 4654 today is 04 July 25 after completion of more than one month Eureka Forbes Aquaguard not provided me said product even not single person from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard have contacted me kindly be careful never purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard any product and AMC plan it is totally fraud

Terrible Experience with Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Service
Absolutely disappointed with Eureka Forbes' customer service. Our Aquaguard filter has not been working, and despite raising a service request, no one showed up for over 24 hours. We have been left without a drop of drinking water, and the assigned technician refused to come, rudely telling us to “complain if we want” and blaming the previous service person instead of taking responsibility.
This is not the first time we've faced this level of negligence and poor service. There is no priority given to customer emergencies, and no accountability for technicians' rude behavior.
The company's reputation is deteriorating day by day, and it's easy to see why — when the customers they once built trust with are being treated like this. If Eureka Forbes cannot ensure basic service, how do they expect to retain customers?
Avoid Aquaguard if you care about timely support and decent service.
