We sold the house (8 Lalli Drive, Katonah, NY) in January. I got the final bill late April. We were due a $272 refund. No refund arrived. I called 5 May. The Rep was sympathetic, but did absolutely nothing. I called again 19 May. She apparently did forward my request to Billing. I called again on 29 May. That Rep confirmed the 19 May Rep had indeed...

And June 7 2023 I went to work at 8am When I reach to the work van, I was sitting around because he claims customer has cancelled does appointment. The next appointment is at 11am I text Vince who is my boss telling him I am not going to wait until 11am to start to work, by me sitting around I'm not getting pay because I only get pay by commission only...
