Just an all around terrible company
I’ve had a Pokémon go account for 5 years and for any avid player that knows the work and time and money put into this game, you know how ridiculously devastating it can be to lose everything! Over that time I have easily spent $1500.00 or more! My Facebook was hacked a week ago and everything was deleted. I contacted Niantic to see if they could help. They sent a list of things they needed and I provided them the best that I could. After that, they sent another email saying they needed MORE, I told them that the stuff they are asking for can’t possibly be found (who takes screenshots of their in app purchases?) I provided them with my player ID, purchase receipts I made from my credit card, the date I started playing, etc. They then preceded to send me an email saying that I have “punishments” on my account and they won’t restore it! I’ve never had any issues aside from their glitches in the game! When I asked them exactly what those “punishments” were, they presented to say “like I mentioned before, you have previous punishments and bans on your account in the past and we won’t restore it” I’m a 35 year old mother of 2 toddlers who works 3 jobs! I didn’t do anything wrong in or outside of the game! I lost so many memories, so much money! My babies first Pokémon! (Sounds stupid, but he was so little when he comprehended how to catch one!) I am extremely disappointed in this company and their crappy customer service towards a very expensive hobby!
Recommendation: Play with caution!

Mixed Feelings: My Honest Review of Niantic's Pokémon Go Game
So, I gotta say, I've been playin' this game made by Niantic Inc. (nianticlabs.com) for a bit now, and I got some mixed feelings, ya know? On the one hand, it's hella fun, and it gets me outta my house and explorin' the world around me. But on the other hand, it feels like the folks over at Niantic ain't listenin' to us players.
Like, for real, I've seen so many folks complainin' 'bout the limit on how far ya can spin PokéStops and catch Pokémon. That seems like a pretty big deal to me, ya know? 'Specially since some of us live in more rural areas, where the stops and gyms ain't as densely packed as they are in the city.
And don't even get me started on how much money some folks have spent on this game, only to have their voices ignored by the Niantic team. I ain't sayin' they need to cater to us completely, but it'd be nice if they at least acknowledged our concerns and made some changes based on what we want.
All I'm sayin' is, Niantic, if ya wanna keep folks playin' this game, ya gotta listen to us. Keep the game accessible, ya know? Increase the limit on how far we can spin stops, or remove the limit altogether. A little bit of listenin' could go a long way here.
Niantic Inc. - A Company that Only Cares About Money? A Disappointing Review
I used to be a big fan of Niantic Inc. - their games were some of my favorite ways to pass the time. However, with some recent changes that they've made, my enjoyment of their games has taken quite a hit. It's not just me, either - a lot of other players have been feeling the same way, and we've all been trying to reach out to Niantic and express our concerns. Unfortunately, though, it seems like they're not really interested in hearing what we have to say.
It's a real shame, because these games used to be so much fun. But now, it feels like the people who are making the decisions at Niantic are just in it for the money. They keep adding new features and changes without any regard for how it's going to affect the experience of the players. And when we try to speak up and let them know what we think, we're just ignored.
Honestly, it's starting to feel like Niantic doesn't really care about its customers anymore. It's like they're just hoping to milk us for as much money as they can before moving on to the next thing. It's really disappointing, because there are a lot of talented people working at Niantic, and they used to make some truly amazing games.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with Niantic and the way they're handling things. I wish they would listen to their customers and take our feedback seriously. But for now, it seems like they're just going to keep doing whatever they want - even if it means ruining the experience for all of us.
Unimpressed and Scammed: My Review of Niantic's Game Mechanics and Business Practices
I gotta say, Niantic ain't my cuppa tea. The game mechanics are just plain lousy, y'know? And don't even get me started on the blatant scamming they pull with players. You spend all this hard earned cash on the game, and what do you get? Nothing, bubkes, zilch. It don't matter how good you are, they'll just take your money and run. It's sad, really - all they care about is lining their own pockets. I'd steer clear of Niantic if I were you.

Covid Bonuses Removed: Ableist Move by Pokemon Go, Avoid This Game
I been playing Poke Man Go on and off since 2019 and man let me tell ya, as a person with disability I could only do raids during raid hour. But when Covid come around, they added some bonuses that actually made it playable for me which was dope. But now, like they gone and took them away like it don't matter no more! That's just completely ableist towards people like me and folks dealing with disabilities. So yeah, my advice is just go ahead and avoid this game 'cause it ain't worth it.
Niantic Inc. Customer Service: A Joke of a Company - My Experience
Yo, so let me tell you about my experience with Niantic Inc. I was playing their game for like a month and all of a sudden, this bug pops up and it blocked me from playing. And I'm like "what the heck?" So, I try to report it five times, but they didn't do anything about it. It's like they didn't even care, fam. But, on the sixth time, they kinda compensated me for a little bit of what I lost, only like one eighth of it, bruh. So, I asked them to escalate the issue, but they just shut me down instead. Straight up, they're a joke of a company. Like, why even have customer service if you're just gonna ignore your customers like that? I wouldn't waste my time with them again.
Stay Away! A Review of [Game] - Glitches, Slow Loading, and Price Hikes
Gaaaaaahhhh! This game is absolute trash. The glitches are ridonkulous and the loading time is slow as molasses uphill in January. I dunno about you, but I can barely get into the game half the time without wanting to throw my phone out the window like a piece of garbage. And to top it off, this company just raised their prices for in-game purchases not once, but twice. Talk about priorities, amiright? They ain't gettin' another red cent from me, and you should seriously think twice before forking over your hard earned cash to these suckers. Trust me, it just ain't worth it, folks.
Not Impressed with Niantic Inc.'s Customer Care: My Frustrating Experience
Yo, so I had to reach out to Niantic Inc.'s customer service cause my game wasn't working properly even though I spent some coin on their platform. But let me tell you, they didn't give two [censored]s about my issue. Six hours I waited just to be told some lame excuse why they couldn't give me the product I paid for. Ain't that some BS? Like, the app glitches were obviously their fault, but they didn't wanna own up to it.
Overall, I ain't too impressed with Niantic Inc. and their lack of customer care. If you're thinking about getting involved with their games, you might wanna think twice. Cause if something goes wrong, they ain't gonna have your back.
Support people do not play the game and don't understand many of the tricks of playing. Like for Community Day, you spin a disk the previous day, get a free pass then don't use it. Next day, you spend the free pass on raid #1, spin next raid disk, get that day's new free raid pass then raid#2.
They cheated me of 2 premium passes and won't return
