PetCircle PetCircle's Dishonesty and Ignored Emails: Review of Blackhawk Lamb and Rice Dry Dog Food Delivery

I just placed an order on PetCircle for some Blackhawk Lamb and Rice - 20 kg dry dog food, but I was surprised to see that the company delivered not one, but two bags of the dry food. I mean, I only needed one bag and dry dog food is just a supplement to my furry friend's diet. I don't need to be stocking up on dry food for months on end!

I tried to reach out to PetCircle for a return form but, can you believe it, they totally ignored my five emails! I'm starting to feel like this is a common occurrence with this company, given what I've read on here. Honestly, the one thing that worries me the most is that they put me on auto delivery even though I made sure to opt out of that option. I mean, I thought it was an honest mistake the first time, but clearly they're up to something fishy. I just know that my Paypal account is going to be overdrawn with charges for dog food that I really didn't want in the first place!

I've decided to take action and contact Paypal to try and protect my account from any potential pilfering. It's such a shame really, because PetCircle used to be such a fantastic company. But I guess it just goes to show how quickly a good reputation can go down the drain.

PetCircle Pet Circle Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication on Large Order

I wanted to share my experience with Pet Circle, as it was not a positive one. I decided to make a pretty big order and spent a whopping $160 on pet goods. Unfortunately, my order never made it out of their warehouse and even worse, I wasn't getting any response to my emails checking in on the status of my order.

I tried to be patient and give the company some time to figure it out, but over a month had gone by and still no movement on my order. It felt like they had completely forgotten about me and were just ignoring my messages altogether.

It was only when I got Paypal involved that anything changed. Even then, Pet Circle wouldn't reply to either of us, leaving me feeling pretty frustrated. After a month and a half had passed without any progress or communication, I finally received a refund through Paypal.

I've used Pet Circle before and never had any issues, but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I definitely don't recommend them now. If you do decide to order from them, please make sure you use Paypal because otherwise, there's no way to get your money back if something goes wrong.

Overall, I'm really disappointed that Pet Circle lost me as a customer because I had been happy with their products before. But given my recent experience, I won't be going back anytime soon.

PetCircle Unreliable & Unprofessional - My Disappointing Experience with PetCircle

Man, I gotta say that I wouldn't recommend PetCircle at all. I recently made a big ol' order on there for my new pooch that I rescued, but it took a whole week for it to get to me even though they said it would be around 2-6 days. And when I finally got my hands on it, the most important thing was completely missing! But, get this: Pet Circle said it was sent out with the rest of the stuff. Umm, okay? Later on I got in touch with their support peeps, and they told me that they don't even have the item in stock anymore and they don't even know when they'll have it again! What the heck, man? They shoulda told me that in the first place, instead of keeping me in the dark and making me wait so long. Anyways, after I finally got my money back from them (which wasn't easy, let me tell ya), I went somewhere else to get the thing I needed. From now on, I'm gonna stick to PetBarn, since they have the same prices as Pet Circle but I already know they're better.

PetCircle Disappointing Delivery: A Review of PetCircle's Promise of Speedy Delivery

So, I was all hyped up to welcome my new pup into the family. I wanted to be the best pet parent and spoil my furry little friend with all the essentials. That's when I decided to shop on PetCircle- you know, the one that promises delivery within 1-2 business days? Well, let's say it didn't exactly go as planned.

I ordered a bunch of items, trying to get everything sorted before my pup arrived. According to the estimated delivery time, the items were supposed to arrive on Wednesday- three days before I picked him up. But man oh man, was I in for a surprise!

The day ended and there was no sight of my new little furbaby's stuff. So, I checked the tracking, and it said delivery was expected on Thursday. I thought to myself, well, maybe there was a delay or something, it's all good. I was still counting on them to arrive on time.

Thursday comes along, and guess what? No delivery, no update, no nothing! I was starting to get worried and frustrated. The estimated delivery date then got moved to the following Monday; great, just what I needed. So, I decided to give them a ring to check what was going on.

The person on the phone responded that the courier was to blame and my items would arrive on Friday. Well, guess what? They didn't turn up again! It seems pretty evident that it was not the courier's delay, as PetCircle didn't even send my items out until the day they were supposed to arrive!

After going through all the trouble and waiting for almost a week, I finally got my order. To be honest, I wasn't delighted with the experience. It was disappointing that my pet's items took significantly longer to arrive than estimated, yet I didn't get any sympathy or proper explanation for the delay.

PetCircle, if you're going to offer speedy delivery, please make sure to deliver on your promise. No pet parent would like to see their furry friends waiting for their essentials for over a week.

PetCircle Bad luck with PetCircle: My terrible experience with their auto delivery service

Oh my word, can't believe I'm writing this review! My experience with PetCircle (petcircle.com.au) has been a total disaster! Ordered my precious puppy's 20kg food like two moons ago. Then last week, I got another package with 20kg pet food delivered by some random courier. I was like... what the heck? Checked my bank account and of course, another $104.99 was gone to PetCircle. Like, seriously?!
So, I had to contact the darn company to figure out what was going down, and they start talking about this auto delivery service thing I apparently clicked. What? I never clicked any auto delivery service! Ain't no way that's happening with me. But PetCircle said sorry, no refund, only a crappy credit. Ugh. Fine, I gave in and took the credit. But when I checked my account weeks later, there was still no money there! What gives?
In short, I'm donezo with PetCircle. So bummed out! If you're thinking about using them, just be careful and maybe stick to Pet Barn or even eBay. Thanks for reading, folks.

PetCircle PetCircle Review: Annoying Returns Process & No Refunds, Only Store Credit

Yo, I gotta spill the tea on my experience with PetCircle. So, I ordered a cooling pet bed for my furry friend, but I accidentally bought the wrong size for his crate. No sweat, right? Wrong. To return it, I had to fill out this form and they were supposed to give me a returns number. But instead, they kept hitting me up with emails asking why I wanted to return it. I had to explain over and over that I just didn't want it and then they asked me to take a pic of the bed! Can you believe that?

Then, I peeped their returns policy and found out that they don't do refunds, only store credit. Like, come on, it's not the '90s anymore, people. Who does that in this day and age of online shopping? To make matters worse, they put me on the hook for "repeat deliveries" that I didn't even wanna sign up for and trying to cancel it was a whole 'nother level of headache.

In the end, I just decided to donate the bed to an animal shelter because it was too dang hard to return. Honestly, I'm writing this to provide a warning to anyone else who might be thinking about shopping with PetCircle. There are way better online pet supply companies out there that do offer a change of mind refund and won't make you jump through hoops to get it. Stay safe out there, y'all.

PetCircle Pet Circle: A Once Reliable Online Pet Store That's Lost Its Way

Pet Circle was once my go-to online pet supply store, but these days I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. Over the past six to nine months, every single order I've placed has been plagued with problems. It seems like there's always something - spoiled food, missing items, unauthorized payments, and more. I've even had discounts taken away after I've already placed my order!

To make things worse, I've had countless technical difficulties with their website. Sometimes items won't show up in my cart, other times the site won't let me make a payment, and I've even had payments taken twice! It's frustrating to deal with these issues, especially since Pet Circle takes no responsibility for their mistakes.

I used to feel like Pet Circle cared about their customers and their satisfaction, but now I'm not so sure. Shopping online should be easy and convenient, but using Pet Circle has become anything but. They've lost my loyalty and I'm not the only one - it seems like more and more customers are having similar issues. I hope they can get their act together and improve their service, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

PetCircle Pet Circle: Unreliable Delivery & Frustrating Customer Service Experience

Pet Circle – what a disappointment. I recently had a horrible experience with their delivery service. I had given specific instructions about where to leave the delivery, but they still delivered it to my neighbour. When I reached out to their customer service team, they blamed the courier and said they’d do better next time. Unfortunately, there WAS a next time.

I had to wait for three long weeks for my order to arrive. After realising it hadn’t come, I contacted Pet Circle’s customer service team who were of little help. They couldn’t tell me where my order was and asked what was in it, which I found incredibly frustrating. After a few days of back and forth, they finally told me that my order was attempted to be delivered 18 days prior without any notification. I had no email, call, message or even a note in the mailbox from either the courier or Pet Circle.

To this date, my order still hasn’t been delivered. I’m super disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. I should have listened to my friend’s advice and gone to a local store instead. It’s frustrating that there’s no option to give zero stars because that’s what Pet Circle deserves.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Pet Circle to anyone. Their delivery service is unreliable and their customer service team isn’t helpful at all. I think it’s better to stick to local stores and support them instead.

PetCircle Terrible Experience with PetCircle: Order Delayed, Rude Customer Service Rep, Still No Package After 12 Days

I placed an order with PetCircle on April 15th, 2021 and up until April 27th, 2021, I still haven't received my order even though the tracking status showed it was delivered. I was extremely frustrated and decided to call PetCircle for the first time. The customer service representative I spoke with assured me that my package was on board and would be delivered the following day or the day after.

However, the following day came and went, and still no parcel. I decided to use the live chat feature and was again promised that my package would be delivered the next day. Yet, the next day came and still no package. I was so upset and angry at this point that I asked to cancel the order. They kept promising me that it would be delivered by 5pm on April 27th, 2021, and even gave me a credit for the trouble I had experienced.

To my dismay, at 6pm on April 27th, 2021, there was still no package! I decided to use the live chat feature once more, but this time I was completely irate. They promised me again that my package would be delivered by 7pm that day. Can you believe it? It's already Wednesday, April 27th, 2020, at 9:30pm and I still haven't received my parcel!

I don't know what to do now. I stayed home early for work just to wait for the parcel, but it never came. I ended up having to buy another brand of cat food because the parcel never arrived. To make matters worse, the customer service representative I spoke to, Penn FA, was extremely rude. He ended up canceling the chat right away and didn't let me say anything more.

All in all, I had a terrible experience with PetCircle. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is simply unacceptable. I hope they can improve their service and make sure that something like this never happens again.

PetCircle Unreliable auto delivery and unhelpful support - my disappointing experience with PetCircle

I recently made an order on PetCircle's website, and let me just tell you, it wasn't exactly a smooth experience. You see, when you order anything consumable, the website automatically selects the "auto delivery" option for you. What does that mean, you ask? Well, it means that every six weeks, they will bill you again using the payment information you previously provided. And I had no idea!

Imagine my surprise when I got an email saying I had an auto delivery coming soon. I immediately tried to cancel it online, but then something strange happened. You see, even though the website said my auto deliveries were cancelled, it must have glitched because they charged my PayPal account anyway! I was livid.

So I decided to contact their chat support to see if I could get a refund. The person on the other end was unbelievably unhelpful. They vaguely mentioned that I might get a credit on future purchases, but when I asked for a refund, they abruptly ended the chat! Rude, much?

I finally managed to cancel my auto delivery yet again, but honestly, I have no faith that it won't suddenly glitch and revert back to charging me. It's just so unethical!

And to make matters worse, I now have enough water purifier for my fish tank to last me for the next five years. Ugh.

All in all, my experience with PetCircle has been less than ideal. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free shopping experience. Hopefully, they can step up their game in the future, but for now, I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Order from this company at your own risk, zero communication, canceled orders with no explanation. This has caused considerable stress as I work away and rely on home deliveries. I don't believe the positive reviews or the apologetic standard reply I see from them when a review is negative. Hope this helps real people to choose carefully.
