I placed an order on April 4, 2025 for two bikinis advertise on plumeria through Facebook. I received notification that my order was paid in full and the order was being processed. I have not received the orders to the state on June 18, 2025. I have reached out to them via email on two different occasions with no response I have called the number on their website and get a busy tone each time. I requested a refund of $114… nothing in return. What is my recourse?
