SeatGeek
Two tickets were sold by SeatGeek for the game between the Orioles-Yankees on July 14, 2024. Confirmation was sent to me in an email. After logging in several times and receiving codes to complete the transaction for payment, all of the codes were determined to be invalid. The tickets were sold for $51.00 a piece. How do I receive payment for the two tickets? Please advise.

We purchased tickets to a concert in an Executive Suite. When the seller attempted to send the tickets through, he included tickets to the Suite and tickets to seats within the stadium. Thinking this was an error, I declined the seats and accepted the Suite tickets. The day before the show I realized that the Suite passes did not allow entrance to the...

Ticket not refunded
I had a problem with SeatGeek and I need a resolution. I don't want to have to talk to my lawyer and take this further. I just want my refund. The tickets were accidently bought for the wrong date. Immediately as we noticed the mistake we tried to cancel and called them and emailed them and we could not get a hold of anyone. The concert had started an hour...

Seat Geek sold World Series Tickets to Game 4 yesterday that were not within their control. Som unable to reach the seller and after NUMEROUS CALLS, 3.6 hours later as the Game was starting they advised us of an "error" on the transaction that would make it impossible to fulfill the order.
This was 45 minutes AFTER they said the purchase was confirmed and we'd be getting them in an email in 10-15 minutes.
We received an email at 9:20pm. AFTER the game was over that the Tickets were still "pending".
Really?
Seriously?
If you didn't have the control to sell the tickets on the spot of sale why were you?
Claimed loss: $812They say they will refund it.I will believe it when I see it.
Desired outcome: Refund. That's it.
Game Tickets
We purchased tickets to two separate basketball games in Fort Meyers through SeatGeek. Once we secured the tickets, we also received an email receipt and ultimately the tickets...SeatGeek cancelled our tickets and stated we needed to return the tickets. We had already purchased airline tickets and hotels once we secured the tickets. I can't get anyone from SeatGeek to return my email or phone calls.
Claimed loss: $3000
Desired outcome: We want tickets to the game

Lumineers ticket- can't access through ticketmaster
Ticket was purchased through Seat Geek on August 26. The concert is on Sept. 8. My order number is : 6P2-V5EQV5Y. The ticket was $97.00 with $39.36 in additional fees. I have no way to access my ticket from Ticket master and they have told me to contact seat geek. All I want at this point is a refund. I have spent HOURS trying to get this resolved and no one is able to help.
Desired outcome: I would like my ticket ($136.36) refunded. Today is the last day I am able to do so.
Refusal of a refund
Hello,
I purchased two Metallica tickets destroy experience. The concert was cancelled because the singer got covid. We flew to Arizona from Colorado so we can't come back next week. I just spoke to some one and she informed me that I will not be able to get a refund because it was rescheduled. These tickets were expensive and I do understand the situation with the singer but I want my $ back.
Desired outcome: Full refund for Sunday's show
Unauthorized ticket purchase and email account.
My credit card was used to fraudulantly purchase tickets on SeatGeek. My email associated with this site was also changed without my consent. I am trying to track down the person associated with the new email set up. There is no phone number that will connect me to your customer service to discuss. This is unacceptable. My account has been stolen and I do not want the new account associated with my name! Please block the account associated with [protected]@att.net as this is NOT me.
Desired outcome: Delete unauthorized account and deny access to fraudulantly purchased tickets on 9/012023 under the name of Lynn Rockwell.

My 3yr old grandson got a hold of my cell and pressed the purchased button and ended up buying 563.00 worth of tickets. That every penny I had, and now I can't pay my bills and feed my kids. Please help me get my money back. I don’t know what tickets were purchase. If I cannot get a refund for my money I will call the BBB or get legal representative. This is all I have.
Desired outcome: My 563.00 back in my account. This was an innocent mistake.
Blues traveler tickets 7/6/23 vail co
I purchased two tickets for a blues traveler and big head Todd in Vail Colorado for July 6, 2023. Seat geek charged me $341.50 for these two tickets. I received an email that claimed to have tickets and I printed out that email and took those tickets to the venue. I was not allowed in because the tickets did not have a barcode. I then went to the box office and when I asked if they had my tickets, they said you must've purchased the tickets from seat geek and we have no information or tickets for anyone who purchases tickets from seat geek. I've been called customer service over and over and over. It was never ever sent tickets with a barcode. I have since been in contact every single day with Siddique requesting a full refund because I never received the ticket. SeatGeek claims to have a guarantee For 120% of the value of the tickets. I can't even get them to acknowledged receipt of my complaints, and I still have not received any refund. This is the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered… I was unable to attend the event and had my night ruined, and these people have the audacity to claim to be a legitimate business and not return my money. I'm gonna contact the credit card company dispute the charge, because this is out of control. I demand my money be returned, because I never ever received any tickets that could be used at the venue. And I called repeatedly and was told each time that I would receive a call back within a few minutes and not once did anyone from seat geek ever reach out to me . I think that seat geek should be the registered as a source for tickets and that people should be warned that they are nothing but a scam.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund for 341.50. Attached are images of the tickets; this is all I ever recd and there is no bar code so they were no good. I should get 120% of the ticket value which would be 409.80
The tickets they sold.me they sold 2 I ask for one
Ok was looking too Buy one ticket to the Dallas and Miami football game, I had just two with ticket master so I decided to buy another one for a friend (a Miami fan) But ticket master would not sell just one,so I went too seatgeek for a single ticket I found one that had 4 and said 1-4 so I pushed Quantity and ordered one for $208 1 seat section 333 so when I finished making the payment it charged me for 2 I don't want 2 I ordered 1 and I made sure it said 1 before I placed it I just want the one ticket they over $500 and I only want 1 ticket they make the mistake
Desired outcome: My money back from the one ticket or a full refund or I won't use them again besides I my wife is mad not me
SeatGeek Review: Terrible Experience with Invalid Tickets and Unprofessional Customer Service
I recently bought 5 tickets from SeatGeek for a 49er football game. I was so excited to attend my first game with my friends. However, my experience turned out to be a complete disaster. Three of the tickets were from FanXchange and the other two were from TicketCity. The night before the game, I rented a car and drove down to San Diego. I also rented a hotel room and waited eagerly for the game day.
On the day of the game, my friends and I arrived early at the venue. However, when we tried to scan the tickets, two of the seats from FanXchange showed up as invalid. The same thing happened with the other two tickets purchased from TicketCity. We tried scanning both the paper copies and the digital ones, but we kept getting the same red, invalid message.
I contacted SeatGeek to report the issue, but their response was terrible. They told me that the venue had sent them a scan report, which showed that only one ticket had been scanned in, not the others. They blamed me for the issue, even though the venue told me that they did not deal with SeatGeek at all. It was clear that someone was lying.
In the next email, SeatGeek contradicted themselves. They said that they could see that two seats had been rejected, even though they had previously said that only one ticket had been scanned in. They also asked me if I had taken a picture of the people sitting in my original seats. This was very frustrating, and I asked to be contacted by a manager, but they ignored my request.
Overall, I was very disappointed with SeatGeek's unprofessional behavior. I am an unhappy and unsatisfied customer who will never use their services again. I would rather pay extra and go through StubHub next time.
