I purchased tickets for the Jimmy Carr show at the Warner Theater. The tickets were for the orchestra level purchased several months ago. The day of the show, I still have not received the tickets. I contacted the customer service number and was told that if they hadn't arrived by 6pm for the 7pm show I would receive comparable tickets or a refund. At 6pm still no tickets. I called and was told they were going to give me an "upgrade" but the tickets were in the back of the theater in the balcony. They listed them as the same price. (The show was sold out and therefore the value of the "nose bleeds" had gone up. This was a classic bait and switch. I will not use their services again. And I advise others to avoid being scammed by them.
Desired outcome: Compensation for the loss in value of time and opportunity. The performer is normally overseas so the opportunity to see him is limited. I had close up seats that I had looked forward to and was stuck in the back.
